Declaration:

I am of the opinion that certain "artists" in the gaming world manically delve into this great realm but for one single drive and motivation: Money.  I deny the integrity of such.  For many years these "artists" have vexed and manipulated the public uncontested.  They are as passionately dedicated to taking others for everything they can as a starving pack of wolves who catch a man within a brutal and merciless Arctic Winter.  With shark-like grins and noble words, they strike hard at your wallet.  They are kindred spirits to those who shove credit cards at anyone earnestly striving to make an honest living.  They are close brothers to the cunning pyramid scam-artists who promise wealth and riches within a short period (with no significant investment of your time).  They constantly release their poor-excuse-for-a-fantasy into the public every year, claiming it to be better than ever.  But most all products hoarded into every nook and cranny of shelving available is the same thing as the year before, just altered.  They haven't the ability to create something original, and so they use old things, making them seem new and magnificent, all the while meditating on the outline of the dollar bill in your pocket.

Do they take pride in causing a person's happiness?  Do they treasure the art of rousing one's imagination to sudden awareness?  Do they give you the opportunity to live fantasy?  Do they stand as a champion of fantasy, endowing you with the means of escape from the pains of reality, if only for a short while?  Do they demonstrate fervent devotion to this world, and tutor you in ways that would empower you with the capability to sail upon the wings of fantasy, less marred, less pained beneath the heavens?  Nay, they cannot gift others with an ability which they themselves do not possess.  I boldly declare that all their devotion for this work would abruptly slam to a never-ending halt if it were not for their chief drive and motivation; money.

Author's Note:

I am of the strong opinion that if you please your customers, the money will always follow. I strive for that very thing. I am not bent on gaining wealth by means of my dearest fantasy. I love to share. I want nothing in return, but to see others enjoy this blessed realm. I'm not worried about making money from this, my life-long dream. Do I wish to make a living from my dream? Yes. But, until I find a way, I give it away freely, and then never ask much.
